The 24 owners will be placed into six groups of four, randomly. Starting with a randomly selected group, a randomly selected owner in the group will select a franchise for their group. There will then be six simultaneous drafts (one for each group) in which each group is only allowed to select players from their selected franchise. You do not have to announce what season of your drafted players you are using. A maximum of $20M in cumulative salary may come from 1901-1919 pitchers.
