I would take a look at the coaches that have been performing consistently at a very high level in your world and send sitemails to a few of them. You'll probably learn more in those sitemail exchanges than you would in several seasons playing on your own.

thanks for teh offer tmacfan12, and yea dalter i have sent a few but no replys, iv been in the game for 2 seasons, i seem to recruit well both seasons had top 12 classes, im looking for some guidance on the game to game setups and what not.. tmacfan, do u by chance have a AIM or something so i could chat about some thinsgs i have some questions about?thanks again

the reasoning for that was, i was at FM, and did decent,, applied for a div 2 for the hell of it, and got the job, went up there,, but felt in over my head and came back down to div 3
