This league last started in April. At that time dlrawson, who was running the 2nd installment, said he did not plan to run the league again and that I could feel free to do so. The concept is pretty simple - you pick a player (it's supposed to be a favorite of yours, for whatever reason) and everybody rosters one of his seasons. That gives us 24 players. These players must be ones who have not been used in the first 2 installments of the league. The blacklist is shown below.

When you put together your team, you can pick any season of each player nominated. You can pick your 25th player, but it cannot be anyone who was used in this or any previous installment of the league.

In order to keep things logical we need to have a few restrictions in place.

1. You CANNOT nominate a player unless he meets the following criteria

-At least two WIS seasons
-At least one WIS season over $750k
-At least one WIS season <400 IP (for pitchers)
-At least one WIS season >100 AB (for hitters)
-At least one WIS season under $1.5 mil(modified in season 4)

The "under 1.5 mil rule" is in place because of Tony Fernandez who in one season sat on everyone's bench due to the nomination of Derek Jeter. Jeter didn't have any cheap seasons and this created poor use of salary. The following season, a requirement of at least 1 WIS season below 1.5 mil was put in place to better design teams.

This rule, the Tony Fernandez rule, only applies to hitters. I'm also allowing 1 exception this season. The exception must be an outfielder or have seasons of at least 20 starts for at least 2 different positions with C-/C- or better fielding at each.

2. We must have a regular lineup of nominees. This means the following position minimums must be met by nominated players:

Catchers: (2)
Infielders: (4) 1 for each
Outfielders: (4)
Bench (OF,IF,C): (3)

Starting Pitchers: (3)
Relief Pitchers : (3)
Pitchers, other: (4)

Wild Card (player or P) : (1)

I'll have a list summarizing this as we go through the sign-up process. players will be listed at their primary position, but that doesn't mean you have to use them there. In other words, I can list Ernie Banks at SS, but you can use him as a 1B if you like when you're building your team. I would encourage at least a couple multi-position nominations just to make things more fun.

Stadium must be one used by your nominated player at some point in his career.
60 LIVE; playoffs must be played LIVE unless prior notification of an excellent reason why this is not possible is given
random alignment; I'd prefer not to have anyone with 2 teams, but if it comes to that I'll randomly align until all duplicate owners are in opposite leagues

yeah, that is sorta why I picked him. I was hoping you would allow using him however you want.

All you have to do to fulfill the rules is roster the 24 players. You can do what you want with them.
