I've heard they only delete tickets from coaches who are real A-holes. That's just what I heard ....
11/21/2009 6:36 PM
really?? please tell me who you heard it from?

They don't delete tickets, they just close them. And yes from time to time they do do it without responding.

The old regime used to do it relatively frequently. Not cool at all, customer service should not be allowed to behave like that. I haven't had it happen with seble, but I've only sent about 3-4 tickets total.

There's a reason for closing tickets. It hasn't happenned to me lately, but when the first 6 correspondences are intelligent, then change into

A: That's the way the engine is and we're looking into improving it.

B:But it's not fairrrrrrrrr and rl is different.

A: Sorry, we're looking into changing and improving it.

B: But it's not fairrrrrr and rl is different.........

What seems to be the next logical option? Sabres, I have no idea what your ticket was about and this is not insinuating yours was like this, but a lot of coaches argue moot points without suggesting any improvements.

The answer then isn't to just close it without a response. That sort of "take my ball and go home" response is unacceptable from any sort of Customer Service. If they want to tactfully let the customer know that they've done all they can do for now, etc. etc. etc. and maybe they can pick up the conversation some time down the road, fine, I can understand that in certain circumstances.

But just closing a customer's ticket without any word or warning is not right.

I agree. Any ticket should get a "closed topic" message. I've always found Seble and his staff to be professional with me tho.

nbstowman i do not agree that they should just close a ticket without a response. if it is a question they can't answer or refuse to give there opinion on then that is what they should say in the response, it would take them what :30 sec.?

i will admit it was a question on how in the HELL did i lose that game!!! also why my team SUCKS!! so bad.. ( i know at the end of the day it is the coach) my team in tark should be rolling but they can barely get out of there own way.. i have 5 players over an 800 one at 928 and anoher at 895 i think 6 with a def. rating above 90 4-5 with spd. above 90 and like i think 5 others with ath. above an 80. also my iq are hi like 8 players with an A- or higher. it just makes no sence to me. i would understand if i was losing on the road but i lost to a horrible sim at home....
