I just submitted this ticket to WIS.

I just received the following sitemail:

Your account has had its posting rights in all Owner Forums revoked for violating our posted terms of use including the following reason(s): Inappropriate comment directed at another owner...."Hi Diablo! How was your big gay boat ride?".

Because this is your first infraction, your posting rights won't be reinstated until 3/6/2010. Any further terms of service violations will result in a 14 day posting ban for this account.

If you have any questions regarding the matter, you may submit a ticket to our customer support department. If you don't agree with the decision, please be specific with your ticket details.

For the record, I was not using "hate speech" and I have concluded that WIS/Fox Sports does not watch the South Park Episodes re-broadcasted on FOX in syndication. I was referring to a very well-known South Park Episode entitled "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride" (www.southparkstudios.com/guide/104/) . In an earlier post on the main message board, Diablo11 said that he was going on a cruise. When he re-appeared, I was jabbing him by referring to this episode. I was not bashing gay people any more than referring to Schindler's List would make me anti-Semitic. And like I said, this episode has been broadcasted on my local FOX affiliate.

Also, for the record, Diablo11 is a heavily negative influence on the board. I would refer you to the Big-10 board for just one example. Scroll back and you will see quite a bit of stalking behavior exhibited by him on Zhawks. Also, in the thread entitled "Is Diablo11 Mentaly-Ill" that has been deleted from the main board, you will see that there is a very large number of users that are very unhappy with him as an owner. He tends to spam boards, harass owners, and generally be an assclown.

Finally, he just posted "Enjoy your suspension" on the MVC board in Phelan. Do you share suspension information? If so, this is a bad policy. You guys are getting manipulated by a guy who is not just a sorry coach, but harasses others, spams boards, is a general *** to all users, and is going to drive away business for you if you keep banning people for retaliating.

That was a waste of breath. I don't watch South Park and I wouldn't have gotten the "joke" either, but I also wouldn't have reported you for it. You really have no argument here, and be thankful that you got suspended on a conference board and not on the forums that really matter.

I didn't read the whole post, thing is you only get your rights taken away if someone ******* to WIS about it. I find it funny that for all his 'big talk' he goes and cries to WIS CS so often to try and get people banned.

Suck it up big boy and deal with the hate that you bring to yourself with your stupid *** remarks.

And don't worry, I have nothing to say to diablo if he does decided to wander to the forums to fight again.

Hope your boat ride was fun. Enjoy getting fired from SC in a season or two.

Oh trust me. I have no problem with the sanction. Banned from conference boards is not a problem. My issue is that they are getting played by an owner that is a real problem on the board. I find the fact that I was banned by Fox for referring to an episode of South Park broadcasted on their own network as funny.

Yeah I agree that, if anyone, he should be banned but it won't happen. I have had many talks with CS about what does / doesn't constitue banning and basically they consider his demeanor to be no more then 'trash talk' which they say is part of the game, which is fine with me but as I posted a few days ago it needs to be consistant. If one person is getting banned for one thing then so should anyone else that says that same thing, otherwise nobody should be banned for it in the 1st place.

If that is the case, cool. He was just guessing. I should have kept my mouth shut and then said that I was "taking a cruise" and was just absent. :) I would have picked a much cooler destination than Diablo though.

Hahahaha.....play with fire and you'll get burnt son. First, I was never on a cruise....I own a place in St. Maarten. Get your facts straight. Second, I'll never report anyone for trash talking, but when comments are over the line, I have no problem passing them along to WIS.....especially when they are unprovoked and from a chump who has proven nothing making him Mr. Irrelevant (sweet 159 RPI breh).

What a surprise that your main supporter is zhawks who likes to throw his own inappropriate comments out there.

And enough with this "taking the high road" garbage you try to convince yourself of. You take just as many jabs at others and look to ruffle peoples feathers more than anyone around. If anything, you are more over the line/inappropriate for thinking being gay is "over the line". The only people that is insulting to are ignorant people.

You would think with all your money you would have enough cents (sense) to stop being so childish and annoying.

It is not the first time, he has done it to tdvy and a few others. About every 4th time he responds to me he concludes it with something like "Have fun when WIS suspends you again! Stop playin' with FIRE you're gonna get burned here!"

Yet I have yet to be suspended any of the numerous times he has threatened this.
