Maybe we can start a thread to start holding people accountable for their mins.

If you are logged in to play do just that play.
No matter what your record is if someone challenges you play the game.
Doesn't matter what your W-L pct is play the games

Yeah I truly miss the days when it was sacrilegious to miss the minimum. I remember guys would sitemail you for a time to play when they were 25 under to get the minimum made. Over 5 years in WIS and only missed one minimum due to influenza and they finished with the best record. Now it seems if a team starts off 4-10 guys are already done with them. 162 games seasons have peaks and valleys. Juggle the lineup, make trades, call up AAA and if it looks hopeless;as all ready mentioned do some experimenting and make it a learning experience. When I have a team perforrming poorly I try to boost ind player stats and that makes season interesting.

I just laughed reading this thing. Then I log on and challenge someone with my brutal Brewers team and I get a whisper back. "Both our teams suck terribly, I would prefer to wait for a game I care about."

This is all true. Of course I always get my games in. If I play a league and don't play 150+ live it's mildly surprising, I always get 140+ in though.

I just find it crazy that someone would rather not play then play a game with a team that wasnt good. And the best part this team that wasnt good could have been above .500 after the series agaisnt me.

I'm a witness that Arvid is a good sport and will play even if his team stinks ... he just feels entitled to a little b!tch!n@ and moaning! ... LOL ...

It wasn't just one owner...it has been several today. Just completely annoying. One owner earlier today even replied when I said, after losing in the 12th inning of a good game, "I hate ending good games like that"...reply: "I know"

Too bad there's no way to prevent ending games like that, eh?

Heh...seriously. I just found that comment funny....they know it is an awkward, ill-feeling play...but they will still do it.


Sidenote....they all happened outside of progressives. Seems to be a different mentality in the theme leagues.
