I have a complaint. Everyone thinks I'm an idiot. How did this happen?

Close association with tanner.

I have lost 2 games, therefore the engine is buggy, unpredictable and those games should be replayed so that I can win. Actually, the teams that beat me should be found guilty of performance enchancing cheat codes and banned from post-season play. Yeah, that should work.

seble told me that we will have some tools to deal with flamers in the new forums - anyone know how that works?

No flamers huh, what's Anton gonna do with all his free time?

Despite Seble's claim, through 17 games I have seen no difference in how this engine treats individual matchsups ve the old one. WIS claims this one is superior in that aspect so I think everyone jumped on the bandwagon and assumed it was true and how they "felt like they had so much control now".

Attached is a recent game. Not exceptional, just a typical game, but one where I loaded up disto to the PF to take advantage of a weak FR center and cut back distro on the SF because of a strong SR opponent SF. Result? My PFs do nothing and my SF gets player of the game.

I'm not saying this engine sucks worse that the old one, I'm just saying I've seen no proof either in BETA or here that this engine does, in fact, allow you to game plan for individual matchups.

What were the distro numbers ...

My guys are following my distro numbers pretty well.

Mine, too, hughes, but I'm only in D-II and D-III

I think distro works pretty comparably to the old engine, in that on a game-to-game basis there is definite variance but over the course of the season the right guys will get the ball. Really not much difference there.

And mully, I do think there is a difference in the matchup aspect. Doesn't mean it's perfect or that it works every time (you'll always be able to find examples on either side), but the old engine practically didn't have a matchup component.

I undertand that dalt. I just havent seen anything to make me believe this current verion's matchup component is better.

We've been told it's there, I just havent seen it.

Alright, I'm filing a complaint....HCA is just nutty. I lost 2 games were the result was just wacky.

How about this one? I got outshot at the FT line 31 to 1, and my opponent is the pressing team?

I am not convinced combo defenses are working correctly at all.

I want to know how a team no A rated FT shooters made every single shot they attempted.

in the NT, Ga Tech stunk at FT shooting through the regular season. . and then hit 24 of 25 in its first Tournament game. Real life.

Yeah, but the opposing coach pitched a fit on his team's fan boards that night.
