Best of 7 for all rounds of the playoffs.

I like this idea. It seems like it would make the playoffs less of a crapshoot. The better team would win more series in a 7 game series than a 5 game series i think.

It's been suggested for years, and it seems clear that most people would be in favor of this. I personally don't mind it for the wild card round but absolutely hate the 5 game series in the second round. Maybe if they cut the way too long spring training down by a couple of days, they can add a day or two to the playoffs without making the season any longer...

From someone who doesn't play hardball....

If this happens, then the play in round needs to go. 8 teams isntead of 12. THe playoffs last way too long as is.

Which over half of the world does not. The long layoff doesnt help getting teams to re-up.

Instead commies it's tards. If wis got rid of everyone mikey thought was a 'tard he would be left playing with himself. Ironcally he would actually be proud of this accomplishment. No one would ever disagree with him and he would never lose. Unfortunately he would eventually be left standind in an empty room shouting "'tard" with no one to hear him. Poor guy probably wouldn't be able to hold it together after awhile.

I'm guessing mikey was the fat kid in school that was always ridiculed and excluded from everything. Now to compensate he tries to protray himself as the leading expert on hbd through the sheer volumn of posts filled with semi coherent opinions and superior attitude. Unfortunately he doesn't realize that 95% of the people playing this game despise him, 4% play along with his nonsense while secretly laughing a him, while 1% are just like him and have formed kind of a "fat kids revenge" posse. I just can't resist calling him out for what he is, even though it's already so transparent to everyone.

The playoffs are too long for both playoff teams and non playoff teams. 12 teams playing best of  7 series' makes it that much worse.
