Has this been going on for a while with sim schools, or is it a new thing?

been going on for a long time anton - in the horizon league about 6 or 7 seasons ago, marquette took maybe a class of 9 or 10 frosh if I recall, all in the mid to lo 500's, noone took the school over the entire while, so it sort of is a super class in reverse, although I am not sure how they did the 4th year?  I am pretty sure someone wrote seble, and he said the rule did not apply to sims.

As a human coach, I have the chance to have 8 seniors if I didn't redshirt any of my younger guys. I plan on balancing out my class though, unless I was moving up or I'd ruin the program.

I had 6 openings with 1 returning redshirt freshman.   I wasn't allowed to sign 6 new freshmen because that'd give me 7 in a class. I had to recruit one upperclassman

For a know it all like anton to not know that sims can circumvent the 6 per class cap...it's like what rock has he been living under...this has been addressed numerous times.

Also gillispie, tell me why exactly I should be cordial with any of you...most of you don't return it, so why should I bother being the "nice guy" when it won't matter to you...just so you can put a tick mark in your column?  Please.  Understand the situation.

I don't want to put words in gillispie's mouth, but I think we all understand the situation - you're a bit of a dick...what I don't understand is why someone as smart as gillispie (and now myself?) continues to feed the troll...I guess there's always another sucker to come along and nibble...I'll take my share of responsibility.

If your question about why you should be cordial with "any of you" was more than rhetorical, I'll just say that if you need to find reasons to be "cordial" I guess you shouldn't bother and we'll all continue to expect what we continue to receive.

Why should I just let past transgressions go when everyone is on my dick every time I post?  Antonsirius has me on speed dial here and makes it a point to post everywhere I do (which is ironic because he has me blocked) and it's usually an argumentative, opposing post/thought than mine, so why shouldn't I rail against him for not knowing something that's common knowledge in HD and has been addressed SEVERAL times?  He's not my friend, he's a pompous *** and his out of work orchestra conductor pic on facebook confirms his elitist, high brow attitude to me.  The guy's a know it all and he really doesn't know that this happens in the game?  Of course I'm going to dig at him for it...why should I take the high road when I KNOW that that rhetoric won't be returned?  If colonels19 will always be an ******* to everyone, then I'm fine with that...that's what this username has become and I've accepted it.  I can always change my username or post one of my aliases, but I choose not to, because I don't take the easy way out.  I've had a fair share to do with creating this atmosphere, so I'm going to deal with it.  I dealt the cards, you'd better be damned sure that I'm playing them.  If you guys want to ride the ride every time I post, then that's what we'll do...your rules, not mine.

dac - i feed him from time to time because its amusing to me. i have to be in the right mindset though, so usually i just ignore him. its an interesting kind of humor, colonels... i would relate it to how some people watch those crazy tv shows like real housewives or some of the other ones. just watching another human being act so ridiculously, so idiotically, is humor in some form :)

The funny thing is, you guys don't realize that you're just pawns on my chess board...if you think colonels19 is who I am in real life...then you have no clue.

if this isn't funny to anyone... well, then i guess you should just ignore him. but it makes me smile :) also knowing he spends this long writing these kind of posts, well this one is short by his usual standards (apparently the long one didnt go through), but anyway, it gives me some satisfaction as well.
