kujayhawk, I definitely understand what you're saying. And in fact, one reason I love playing at D3 is because there are a seemingly endless number of tradeoffs in recruiting players. Do I take player X, who's high-ATH low-REB, or player Y, who's mid-ATH mid-REB? Those kinds of tough decisions are great. But, I would question whether stamina should be part of that tradeoff in such a drastic way. I can appreciate having to choose whether I want to take a PG who'll become a 90 STA over a (for example) faster PG who'll only be 80 STA. But below a certain point, low stamina becomes pretty unrealistic in a way that I don't think other low ratings do. A D3 coach in RL might take a chance on a guard with only 20 PER (if he had strong "ratings" in other cores), but I suspect he'd be very weary of a 36-STA player even if he had decent talent in other areas.
