Thanks to Aljon1331 as this is based on his Random League and I used a lot of his information.  I have changed to add more years available, added the years prior and after for more options and added $10 mil in cap due to more players. 

These leagues have been fun, fill up quick and are very competitive.

You'll be assigned a random team. I will use random.org to do this.

Each franchise is given a number from 1-30, based on alphabetical order and includes the franchise in all of its previous forms as listed on Baseball Reference.

Then, to determine what year roster you will use, you will get a random number based on the years they were in existence. Example: Random.org spits out a 24 (Giants).  You will then get a random number from 1900-2010 and that will be your season.   Earliest date allowed for the franchise will be 1900.  Given that we could have some earlier franchises, in addition to your year, you also will get the teams from the year before and after your season to pick from.  So 1964 Giants get 1965 and 1963.  If you have the 2010 Giants, you wrap and get the 2009 and 1900 Giants.  This should help with any earlier franchises with player numbers.  Obviously if you get the Mets I will just randomize the years 1962-2010.

You have $110 mil to twist the players on your team any way you see fit (e.g., to when they played with other teams).   You can draft any player that had at least 1 ab or 1 IP  for your team.  So make sure you go to Baseball Reference.com to view your full roster. 

I will randomize everyone, except myself. I'll ask the first Hall-of-Famer that joins to randomize me.

*50 games live to make playoffs.  Playoffs must be played live.

* I will allow one refresh but you have to take your second team.

Could call it the the Random 3 Yr Year Window if that's the case.
