All time players, as long as they played for either the colts or bears. Baltimore colts, indy colts... all are good! 

To answer another question that was asked, you have to use the players when they played for that franchise. So taking the Rams - Titans, Warren Moon is good as a member of the Titans - Oilers history, 2008 Kurt Warner is out cause he played for the Cardinals.

Apology acccepted, as Super Bowl XIII was between the Cowboys and the Steelers, and in the Orange Bowl, just like Super Bowl X. Do some research there buddy! Oh, and Super Bowl II, got it!

Of course you can have two teams, I will just make sure that when the league is full I will realign it. Any special requests, like "please let me play in the same division as manton so I can get two guaranteed wins", just post those as well. And yep, Oakland, LA as long as they are the Raiders. Good choice by the way, I was thinking about taking that matchup myself for a second team!
