let it be known that brisque will not meet the leagues win requirement, thus is going to be removed anyway. by losing the bet, he wont be called a league bailer and someone else can clean up his 50 win mess of a franchise.

brisque is trying to reduce the bet to one season instead of 4.... he's bailing anyhow... i might as well try and procure one season for the next owner of the hapless franchise.
