The ride was fun while it lasted. Honestly, anyone expecting things to pick back up are fooling themselves. Had they any interest in the product or it's customers, some of the most recent issues would have been acknowledged and addressed by Site Staff (you know, kinda like they USED to do). Ticket exchanges are getting worse and worse (to the point of tickets never being acknowledged even). There is no true "Customer Service" anymore. No announced improvements, Dev Chats, etc. Face it folks, it's over.
And I'm an optimist.
