When you vote to veto a trade, it should not vanish from your trade screen, so that you can refer back to it for further debate over whether you're going to get 10 votes. Not a big deal, but seems like a small, simple fix.

Trades shouldn't disappear when you approve them, either.

I'd be in favor of allowing me to change my mind of a veto during the approval period as well.  what happens if you see a trade, take a quick look, it looks OK, and you hit accept to let it clear thru, then something is called out on the coaches forum that makes you rethink your approval.  Right now you can't change you mind.  Obviously it would help to be able to switch from a veto to an approved if a coaches explanation on the coaches corner makes you rethink your position on a veto.

I'm OK with changing from approved to a veto, or vice-versa, anytime during the 24+ hour waiting period.  Final decision at the time the approval process ends is what sticks.

Maybe you shouldn't vote until you're sure.    When you vote in an election do you get a do-over?

I do.  I'm special.

My point is many times the owners involved say that their deals get vetoed because someone argues for the veto.   Vote your mind not someone else's.

Yes. You just heard it.   Vote your mind not someone else's.  You don't have to read 4 pages of chat to vote but you can.  Either way, YOU should make it a point to be informed enough BEFORE hitting the button.  If you're not, maybe you shouldn't be voting.

General election/voting sort of stuff.

Is there any reason to ever approve a trade?  As far as I can see, all it does it make it disappear until it's approved or vetoed.

I either veto them or just leave them there.  They don't need votes to pass, so I don't see the harm of not approving or any benefit.

tec, if you're so easily influenced after making a decision, maybe you shouldn't veto trades.    You don't seem to have the capacity to make a proper decision.

It's very valid.    You don't get do-overs in real life.   Once you cast your vote, it's set in stone.    No reason HBD should be different.    If you can't make up your mind or you're only 83% sure, don't vote.   You have over a full day to waffle.
