Please check back Monday, March 24th for our first standings. Don't worry if you don't have a perfect bracket. You still have a shot at $100,000!

i had the first 10, NC st screwed me dropping that 16 point lead, or i'd be well on my way to being a billionaire ;)

im sure i have 0 chance of ranking top 20, but the billion was impossible from the start - your expected value from entering is well under a penny. but with 2million split equally across the top 20 entrants, and with 15m max entrants, its at least 13 cents for entering. thats better i guess, hehe ;) and im not sure if they maxed out at 15m, maybe theres only 5m and its like 40 cents??

i think the 15m cap was to stop programmatic entrants. i still feel like the actual chance of losing legit is a minor factor in the cost of the insurance - that is like, 10 grand roughly, maybe 100k worst case. but the chance of someone hacking the system, or fixing games if they get close, or something... i feel like that (especially the hacking the system) is more risky. maybe i should go change my nc st pick... :O actually, they probably made a hard copy backup of the entrants at 1am today when they closed the challenge - then put  that data on a machine with no network access, so they could verify the winner, without that machine having internet access and possibly being modified, too. you still have the risk of an inside job though i guess

Another thing they did to limit the programmatic entries are that they only allowed one entry per username/email...I didn't attempt to login with multiple email addresses, but I couldn't create more than one bracket...they covered their *** pretty well with this.

colonels if you click the link i pasted (https://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/quickenloansbracket), where it shows your score on the left, there are pools on the right... what does it say the pools standing is? mine looks like this, but im not sure if this is the "everyone" pool, because the score it shows it mine...

I love and hate march madness. I wish I would have not filled out a bracket and could hav ejust enjoyed the day.

Instead, I now hate, not necessarily in order -- Mark Gottfried's dumb ***, lucky 3 point shots, Mick Cronin for not recruiting a single intelligent player, airballs, shots off backboards, referees, and um...people from Peoria that live in North Dakota?

Jeff, it just displays however many points you have...

Correct Picks
18/23

Their standings won't be up until Monday.

*throws hands in air*

I say again, SIX BRACKETS LEFT. What's hard to understand about that?

Sigh I swear some of you would argue with me if I said a 3-point shot is worth 3 points.
The hypocrisy of this post should be acknowledged by all.
