I took the best seasons from every franchise (since 1901) and put them in chronological groups of five. For the most part, it’s every season with a winning percentage of .536 or above.
 
Each of the five leagues will contain different franchises. You’ll have many choices to choose from when you draft which five-season grouping you want to use. The key to the five-season groupings: you must use all five seasons in your grouping - but for one of them, you only get ONE player. YOU MUST ROSTER SIX PLAYERS FROM FOUR OF YOUR FIVE SEASONS, AND ONLY ONE PLAYER FROM THE FIFTH. Which four you want to take six from and which one you only want one from is totally up to you.

Obviously, each league will be divided up into N.L. and A.L. teams. If you have the 18th pick out of 24 in your respective league, and 12 N.L. teams have already been chosen, the remaining choices must all be A.L. teams.

The Leagues will be aligned in draft order pick. The first four N.L. squads chosen in each league will make up the N.L. East…and so on.

*Stadium – All teams will use a stadium that their franchise used during one of the five seasons in which your team is made up of.

 
Who Moves On?
 
Once Round THREE is complete, the owners who own the eight playoff teams in each league will earn a spot in Round Four.  8 x 5 = 40 spots. That leaves 8 spots to fill. The final 8 spots will be awarded to the teams who had the most wins across all 5 leagues (who didn't make their league's playoffs).  The tie-break (should it come into play) will be (1) Most Home Wins.

I had to correct an error I made on the draft list.  I had SMARTIAN listed here twice and CRAZYAMOS not at all.  Putting both teams in their correct spots, (SMARTIAN's other team went to League 4), CRAZYAMOS now has the second pick in this league.
