After selecting a College, you may add up to 3 "small school" players (from a school with 12 or less NBA players according to the below link), at a combined salary of up to $12,000,000. To try to keep the court level, the 8 Colleges (UCLA, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Duke, Louisville, Connecticut, and Kansas) that have won 3 or more NCAA Championships, along with the All High School and All Foreign (no US college) teams may only add up to 1 player with a salary up to $2,000,000. Each College (or group) may be used twice, with like schools (or groups) in different Conferences. Alignment as geographical as possible. with the exception that owners with 2 teams will have their teams in separate Conferences. $43 million cap, no WW, Clones or Rookies.
