13 new worlds were added with 100 open teams.
Of the Private worlds that are still open from 2/19 and still private, 16 open teams were filled. 3 worlds lost a total of 3 teams. 5 had no change

Private Net:
9 more openings since 2/19

End Result - 455 open teams (increase of 55 over 2/19)

The sound you hear is the death knell for HBD. Essentially 15 worlds too many.

Spring training camps have been open for two weeks. ST games start soon. Football is over. This should be a peak time. And HBD is going the wrong way with openings. Drastic change is needed. Now.

The good news is that they're aren't very many worlds rolling this week. So, with any luck, a snapshot of openings will be better by Friday than it was today.

And I still think the IMMEDIATE best solution is to offer the commissioners a credit that can only be used in a private world.
1. If 50 agree, 12-15 worlds roll immediately.
2. The commissioners can "scout" potential owners for their worlds.
3. Commissioners aren't likely to act up because users are "scouting" them too.

I hate giveaways but this one doesn't really seem to have a downside. With the exception of WifS losing revenue for 50 teams. But it does keep a large number of users playing and happy.
