How do you use the different colors(blue, green, yellow, red) for recruits during recruiting. How do you decide who you put as blue, green, yellow, or red on your personal list of recruits?

Looking for different ideas to share with new players.

Here is my system

Green- These are "GO" without fear players. Players I want and have the majority of preferences in my favor. This also where I place players I am giving AP to currently and am in the lead.
Blue- These are players I want but don't have preferences in my favor. These players I can plug and play if I can overcome the preference disadvantage.
Yellow- These are players with a "Caution" warning. A player moves to yellow when another team gets to Very High first and I believe I still have a shot at him and am not currently giving him AP/visits. Usually Sim teams and human teams with lower prestige leading on a guy get placed here. Maybe I can get back in it or maybe I am just wasting my money and time.
Red- A player moves to red when I consider myself nearly out of the running and need a miracle to get back in it. Something could happen like the leader get tied up elsewhere and I can jump back in it, or they fill their scholarships, etc. so I want to still want to track these guys. Every now and again a guy goes to Red and I manage to pull him back in to sign him but it isn't often.

Blue - Guards
Green - SF’s
Yellow - Big Men
Red - Misc.

Blue - high priority, max effort intended; unlock in first few cycles
Green - medium priority (generally lower cores, higher potential); unlock mid-RS1
Yellow - late signing backup options; unlock toward end RS1
Red - potentially high priority; watch early to see how battles evolve, may move to blue or green

Blue - players I am still in the running for
Green - everyone else who I just want to see who they sign with and what their ratings are

Blue - highest priority /have AP allocated
Green - Backup to high priority players
Yellow - Players who I think might be out of my league, but will wait and see who else is recruiting them.
Red - Players who I think I wont be able to sign/don't want to battle for. I only use red once recruiting has started.

Blue: Elite players who sign Early or End of Period 1,
Green: Solid players, sign Early or End of Period 1.
Yellow: Good players who sign Whenever.
Red: Good players who sign Late.

Blue: top targets
Green: secondary targets
Yellow: good recruits who I think a higher division team will get (becomes something slightly different for my D1 teams)
Red: Don't recruit (either the player isn't good enough, they are too good, or I am too far behind and no longer want to pursue them)

How do you guys sort out all the different positions if you are using colors to mark players you are targeting? Its annoying how all the players are mixed together and you cant sort by position...hence why I use the last 3 colors to sort by position.
