Recruit as normal, sign no one.

Yep, that is me too as to how I recruit. But in a perfect World where I could actually recruit my answer is different.

FYI, your responses shouldn't have question marks. Sorry to be nit picky but I just graded a ton of portfolios and the grammarian in me is at high alert.

Also, I just recruit normal.

Yeah maybe I need to give some lessons on how to create a poll. I'm kind of an expert on it.

Anyway - I recruit normally and I actually just did it twice in about a couple months ago when I moved up from D3. I recruit D2 players at D3 so almost all of them signed 1st cycle of the RS2 after I left.

Thanks teach! I would edit the poll, but you are not able to do that. If it is any consolation, I usually played Strat-O-Matic Football in our Dorm League, instead of doing my English Assignments....and it shows!

By the way, that is my second reference to that old Dorm League today. Once on Facebook, and once here.

None of us could get dates in those days, and it made for some interesting drinking game type house rules.

Philosophically, this falls into the same category as the Campsite Rule for me

I like to recruit as normal, and try to set the old team up so that they can make the postseason a few more years.

A while back, a human-recruited/ Sim-run team won the National Championship. Maybe it was Clemson?

Yeah, I'd recruit as normal, but wouldn't sign anyone who wasn't a surefire keeper.

Leave at least one opening for the new coach, but try to have some talent ready in case SIM takes over, in order to make the team desirable for human habitation for as long as possible.

What's this? Is it like the 1,3,5 rule at the urinal?

Recruit as normal. I like to see the team's I left be successful. Unfortunately, most of the time, you can't pick a GOOD human coach to take over the team. Let alone just a human coach.

As normal. I don’t mind signing RS1 guys. I’m careful not to do visits for RS2 guys, because if someone follows me, they’ll lose the interest and not be able to do all the visits.

Marked recruit as normal, but not entirely true.

Last change I looked at only recruits that would sign early or by the end of period 1. No late or whenever.

And I used up almost all the recruiting money.

Which brings up a question.

If you use up all the recruiting dollars, does the new coach get a reset on money??

New Coaches get the full allotment AND they can see all the players you scouted.
