League Philosophy:

The philosophy of the league is summarized in three themes: (1) have fun, (2) each owner takes FULL responsibility for the success of his own team and the league as a whole, and(3)No Whining. This is not a League for owners who have trouble adhering to deadlines, making draft picks on time, keeping track of their roster, or getting keepers in on time. As the rules below will make clear, it is expected that owners will meet deadlines, take full responsibility for accuracy in their keeper lists and draft picks, and act with integrity (Good Sportsmanship) at all times.

We will be in Season #15. We are a 20 Team League. Last Year he had a Back to the Future Experence for our League. All Rookies from 1910 Joined our Current Team from our 1st Year of Players that were in the 1961 Data Base, all the way to 1974. So every Player reverted back to there Rookie Seasons of Play.

We had 2 Owners go MIA during the Season of Play. So we are now Looking for 2 Excited Owners to Join our League and take over their Teams. Both Teams have upside. 1 Team is more Ready to Win this Coming Season of Play. The Other Team will be Very, Very Good in 2-3 Years. Please take a Look at the Teams. Our League is a Very Fun League to Play in. We have Commited Owners.

Kallison does a great job organizing this league.

This is my 1st & only progressive league to play; however, IT WANT BE MY LAST! I'm in for next year for should & will take one of these teams if it isn't filled from outside our current owners. We need new blood in the league, because I would like us to have another expansion draft (20 teams to 24 teams league) soon.

The league is run fair, everyone respects each other, & they will help you if and when it is needed (I know this from first hand knowledge, as it has been done for me!

I've been in from the beginning, and this is one of the most unique progressives out there. You have players ranging from the 1890s to the 1910s, and from the 1940s to the 70s. Cy Young pitching to Mickey Mantle while Lou Brock tries to steal another base with Yogi Berra behind the plate. And with two seasons of rookies in a 20 team league, there's tons of talent.

And great owners. I'm not only in this league with kallison, I'm in another with him (ace1430's Deadball/Steroid Progressive). He's a great guy and a great owner. As a Commissioner, he's top-notch. Minor issues are handled without any of the drama you sometimes see in other leagues. And a great group of owners.

Never been in a progressive? This is the one to start off with. Like Tab said, he had never been in one, so some of us gave him advice...now he has the best record in the league! And as far as competitive? It took me to last season to finally win a division title in a very tough division where the other owners won multiple World Series.
