This is unofficial, but here is what I have for the top 16 records in round 2, and according to thejuice6, each will get to choose first in one of the 16 leagues in round 3... I proposed to thejuice6 that we do this "Top 16 League Draft" in the forums, instead of sending lists (I'd rather not have to rank 9 leagues). Of course, it's up to thejuice6.

Question for thejuice6. Since you are leaving on vacation on 8/17 when would you need to have us finish up the first round in order for you to comfortably process league assignments before you head out?

Well, I was hoping that we could get the first sixteen picks done by tomorrow night. If that happens, I should be able to get all sixteen draft orders in place and be ready to go when I return. It was my hope to have everything ready to go when I get back so noone would have to wait around any longer than they already are. That way, everyone will know when I leave what leagues they're in and where they are in the draft order. It will give you another two weeks of research time as well.

In that case, I'll just make an off-the-cuff pick. That way we can get this thing going.
