A solid pick for sure and a team I considered. Best pitching, solid defense... hitting a bit weak for this league. I expect a lot of 3-2 games. It's going to be quite a contrast when the huge offenses from the 20's play the dominant pitching teams from the deadball era.

For sure. The one thing I kept thinking about as I was typing the pick was how I wished I would have left out the choice of division and just aligned the leagues chronologically...lol.

I just missed the playoffs with the top overall pick in the last round. Still advancing, but definitely not what it should have been.
