Season 37 of a very fun and competitive Franchise league. Rules are simple:

1. Pick a Franchise - owners can have more than one franchise
2. All players on your team must be from a season they played for your franchise (no twisting)
3. $47M cap
4. No clones, rookies or WW
5. Team name and Arena should be accurate (but mash-ups like Seattle Thunder are OK)
6. Yes you can use players from all historical versions of your franchise (e.g. NY Nets, NJ Nets etc)
7. The Charlotte Hornets/Bobcats and New Orleans Hornets/Pelicans will be treated as 1 franchise.
8. ABA Franchises can be combined into a single team; note that only ABA seasons between 67-68 and 75-76 are eligible:

In the interest of fairness, we will give everyone a couple of days to sign up and then hold a draft starting on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Correct - and thanks for reminder - if owners take more that one team only first team is lottery eligible, the second will be slotted in first available slot after lottery is complete.

How are second teams going to be placed? I think it should be opposite order of the first lottery. So if chewy, copernicus, and I all have two teams and the lottery goes me, chewy, copernicus, then the second teams should be placed copernicus, chewy, me. What do you think?
