DRAFT ORDER: order based on the winning percentage from worst to first at the 120 game mark. worst 3 records draw randomly for pick 1 through 3. **you must make the live min and win a minimum of 30 games (at the 120) or you drop out of the lotto to 4th.standard order for 1st 2 rounds....serpentine starts in round 3.

KEEPERS: You will be allowed to keep 14 players as keepers for the following season, with 1 IR spot (player who is not in database)
