Welcome to the 7th version of the Best of WIS basketball championship.

We will have a minimum of 24 owners competing in six leagues. We will expand the number of leagues if we have more owners.

We have two main leagues. A 42 million open league and a 47 million draft league. The other four or more leagues are determined by votes of the participating owners.

Each owner must buy a $10 GC to participate in the BOWIS. There will be a forum set up for you to post your GC receipt.

There will be a forum for owners to suggest league themes for voting. Owners suggest rules and a cap. Voting is done by a points system. Owners list their five favorite themes in order. The first theme receives five points, second receives four, etc, etc.

Previous owners will be seeded based on their previous performance (by what information we have) in the BOWIS. New owners will be seeded by a combination of owner rating and championships won.

After the leagues are assigned, owners may swap leagues.

After the swap period, owners will be divided into groups of eight by seeding before being randomly assigned to divisions in each league.

The following rules will apply if we have at least 28 owners.

Owners will be randomly assigned to their leagues.
You can ask to not be in the draft league, but we can make no promises.
