This is a progressive league that began with seasons 1968 and 1998. We are entering Season 9, 1976/2006. We are looking for two owners. All of the available teams are pretty well-stocked, and none has traded away any upcoming draft picks.

Draft order based on reverse order of standings after 120 games. 1-24, 1-24. Teams must have a minimum 30 wins at this point or will lose one draft position for every win below this plateau. Draft-order ties determined first by head-to-head (worse record picks first), then by away record. Cap is $255M. No to AAA, WW and DH. Yes to trades including draft choices (up to one year ahead). If RL team changes park you must change park. Use RL team city name. Use any nickname.

Teams will post unlimited protected lists near the end of the season including up to 2 spots for injured players or those who miss WIS eligible seasons.

When we catch up to the current MLB season (likely following the 2010 season):
First-year 1950 players will be drafted as usual, worst-to-first, along with the 1980 players. There will then be a random-order, snake-style draft of all other players with 1950 seasons. This will be to replace players lost after the 2010 season.

Live play is allowed but there is no minimum. Owners who play live will be placed in the AL.

Piratas are still available if anyone wants them. I'm moving forward with them as a second team, but would give them up if anyone wants in before we start the draft in a couple of days.
