Looks like myself and canesyanks13 are going to co-start this for now.

We will start in 1983 and work forwards one year at a time

80mil cap to start but open to suggestions

Fantasy draft to start season 1 with a serpentine draft

Draft order will be randomly assigned once we get enough people interested

Once we get to the '84 season the draft will follow along with NFL drafts (worst record picks 1st in Rd 1, 1st in Rd 2, etc.)

Looks like it could be a lot of fun. Draft your favorite players and build a franchise around them through shrewd trading and good drafting.
