are we allowing for 09-10 seasons if the players are released before the league fills? we should determine that early

I say in clude 09-10 if they're available. And I'm probably in either way with Syracuse, but would like to request a simple change to a 37 mill cap. I really think that would level the playing field a lot.

how about no- I dont want to bother if I cant use the stars that made me love the game in the first place - you want to run the 1963 Rochester Royals vs the 1972 Kentucky Colonels god bless - me, not interested

If jcred doesnt want Syracuse, or wont be in if you stay at $42 mill, I'll take them.
4/18/2010 2:33 AM
jcred I thought about that and think lets try this league at $42m. And yes 09-10 players will be allowed. So jcred are you in? If so amerk who else do you want?

I'm in. For the record, a 37mill cap doesn't result in a match up of crappy ABA teams. It means you still get to use your favorite players, you just don't get the most expensive salary season of them. Either way I love SU and even though they may not win much it will be fun.

Im sticking with Duke and have drafted my team based on a 42m cap - which is what had been established when I picked my team and did have some influence on which team I picked

and jcred5 given that in some of these cases you will be very limited in the bench you draft and will be forced to either go all sub $500k non alumni or spend more than you seem to suppose on alumni bench players it will mean exactly that

Jcred I just want to get people in and $37m cap may scare people away. If we can fill this next one we can talk about this....
