Tricky has bought himself some monstrous rebounding through the first two rounds.  Expensive, though, so I'll be very curious to see how he rounds out his team.

My Gallatin pick would have been considered to have come at least a round early prior to the recent salary overhaul.  At this point I'm less worried about picking him too early than I am about woefully low Efg%, between Harry the Horse and Chauncey.

98 got the steal of the first round - and it's not even close.  Shaq is the new Barkley (one particular season, anyway).  With the advanced positional flexibility it doesn't matter that he can only play center.  He should be a top 5 pick now.

appleseed is destined for a season of frustration.  I can't think of a worse pair to build your team around in the current version of the sim.

leibo has the best starting duo.  Kidd will be a first round staple in this league if the cap stays at $42M.  Seriously, he's the best point guard in the sim right now and he's SOOOO cost efficient at the same time.

Jordan at nine makes me cry.  I'm not sure how you build around a $10M guard with the current salary structure, though.  The TS% ingredient in salaries severely hampers good free throw shooters who get to the line alot.  That's why Shaq is going to be soooo good now.  He gets to the line a ton but shoots a bad %... so the TS% factor makes his salary more cost effective... he still gets opponents in foul trouble, but doesn't cost as much as he should.  Salaries are so fubar right now.

I like what Zen and tricky are doing.  It will be interesting to see if they can finish with a solid draft and stay under the cap.

Unsolicited advice time:  Remember, you don't have to have 100% fatigue to do well.  Don't think you have to draft 19,680 minutes, because you don't.

not sure which Unseld I'll be going with - depends on who else I can get. Good news is that he has seasons that I consider pretty good value from under 6 mil to up around 8. might need that flexibility depending on how everything else goes.
