I thought it was an automatic 1 game suspension for both the player that left the bench and the coach.

 No , I just heard on radio that Lucic gets nothing ....except a high five and grin from daddy Colin Campbell...shocker (sarcasm)

Rule book says automatic 10 game suspension for any player who leaves the bench to join in to an altercation.

Will the rule book be followed or ignored?
