Select your franchise and build your team with only 1930-39 player seasons from your team. Maximum 2 for each franchise.
 
$60M cap. Yes to AAA, below average skill.
 
No to WW, DH, trades and clones. Use your 30's team's ballpark.
 
 Please choose back-up players from the 30's but if those are not available, draft players from your franchise (20s and 40's max. $400K) Everyone should be able to find scrubs under this rule.

what is the definition of "not enough available scrubs"? must use all available $200k before reaching out? can bypass $201-300k scrubs?

all 200k scrubs or all scrubs up to what price? and if there's nobody at the position I want do I need to use all scrubs at all other positions first?
