Welcome to the 23rd edition of Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em, the league that forces you to use your entire roster! This will be the Queen Anne edition. (Queen Anne likes Carl Hubbell and Hank Aaron. Queen Anne does not like Sandy Koufax and Mickey Mantle.)
The basic rules:
* Cap is $100M
* No to AAA, trades, waivers, clones, and injuries
* Yes to DH (both leagues)
* Only player seasons from 1920 thru 2011 are eligible
* Any ballpark is OK
The Smoke 'Em rules:
Each pitcher on your roster must get at least 81 sim IP and each hitter on your roster must get at least 162 sim AB in order for your team to be post-season eligible.
The Queen Anne rules (special for this edition only):
Everyone on your roster must have the same letter repeated consecutively in one of his names. For example, Jay Hook can play because of the 'oo' in his last name. Barry Bonds can play because of the 'rr' in his first name. Aaron Boone is in on both counts. If a player is listed with three names in the WIS database, he can get in based on his middle name (an example is Baby Doll Jacobson, thanks to the 'll' in his middle name). All player names are based on how they are listed in the WIS database.

RULES CLARIFICATION: Players with repeated initials are NOT eligible (J.J. Putz, for example) based on their initials, as the initials are part of two different names and not consecutive letters in the same name.
