I was thinking 16 teams.  I don't think there is a 12 team, 3 divisions option, only 2 divisions.

Sounds Cool. I'll join and will take the 1930 Cubs/ 1930 Yankees/ 1909 A's. 16 teams sounds good to me. No to trades for me. I would have liked the DH however (but you didn't really ask about that).

Welcome, fan41.  I think no dh takes more skill as a manager, and I have found that dh always loses when put to a vote.
