I created a new account under the pretext of being able to be in D2/3 in the 2x worlds instead of having to stay long in the 1x worlds as I have found those extremely slow. And now I'm faced off against myself in the first round.  Just wondering has this happened to those with 2 accounts in the same worlds?

Assuming you're talking about your LaGrange team, just a heads up that you need to be 1000 miles between teams if you have multiple teams in the same world.  If you move up to D2 after this season, just keep this in mind or CS will force you to change teams.

oops, i figured 932 was alright, but I'll make sure when I move up to make sure its over 1000 when I move up.

edit: theoretically lets theres spots open in a conf of teams seperated by 1000+ miles is that allowed or not?  Like in the S. Cal with Tx and Ca or In D2 like in the North American.  I'm not planning on that since I'm made the account so I could keep my D3 team while going up to D2 still, just wondered if people can do that.

What does D3/D2 have to do with it?  It's 1000 miles no matter what level, isn't it?

I was just saying on my way to D2 with that account I will end up facing myself in the D3 NT.  I wasn't justifying being under 1000 miles by that.

Ah, the old attempted humblebrag reveals OP is in violation of the rules.  Hopefully this doesn't cost him.  

I don't feel like it's a humblebrag to say you're facing yourself in the first round.  I believe that's a legitimate request for rules clarification.

It would be a humblebrag to ask about rules clarification if you were facing yourself in the F4 or championship game.

I was just asking for clarification and at the time was not aware there was a set mile limit, other then just don't have teams near each other.  I figured GA-NJ at 935 miles was far enough and didn't see anything on a minimum distance until Darnoc brought it to my attention.  I'd rather bring it up and then learn of there being a set distance than not finding out.

First of all, way to sneak GANJ into a post.  Second of all, yeah, I don't buy that this is some deliberate manipulation.  I buy thezeronlyis' explanation.  I am pretty amused, though.

I think you should not be aloud to have two teams in the same world.

I think aloud is actually not that bad.  Doing it silently is the problem.
