Rules are simple:

1.     Pick a Franchise, 1 franchise per owner
2.     All players on your team must be from a season they played for your franchise (no twisting)
3.     $48M cap
4.     No clones, rookies or WW
5.     Team name and Arena should be accurate (but mash-ups like Seattle Thunder are OK)
6.     Yes you can use players from all historical versions of your franchise (e.g. NY Nets, NJ Nets etc) see
