This will be a league where you pick 2 franchises when joining. Each franchise may be picked up to 8 times each. A combo will be exclusive to that owner. Now this is where the GM moves comes into play. You always have those franchises that hardly get picked. So, to inject some different players into the league you will pick 5 players total from these franchises. These 5 players can be 200K bums or expensive players, it's up to you, you are the GM. Can you make the right decisions to put your team over the top? Also, your 5 players can come from all one franchise or 5 different franchises, it's up to you.

No, they do not, different franchise and we are not gonna use those pre1900 for gm moves in this league.
