Wow, you really buy this. Have seen videos from just tonight of more violence in Portland, antifa violence in NYC, blm protesters burning down a bus stop in Rochester...but sure believe what the very objective media tells you that hasn't been ridiculously overpushing the "peaceful protesters" angle at all. I guarantee you a lot of shady math is at work here...but even if not that nearly 10% of BLM protests are violent is nothing to be proud about. At all.
Yep. None of that disproves my premise. At all. 7% doesn't mean 0%. Remember when I said that even if only 1% of protesters wanted to riot, that's 200,000 people? You can't rely on little video anecdotes to disprove this one. This is what the article is saying when it talks about media bias. YOU see a LOT of rioting, because that's what the media covers and that's what gets views on social media. You don't see the 93%.
I'd say that 10% (it's actually lower, but whatever) IS something to be proud about. You try getting MILLIONS of people to protest an act of injustice that they are ****** about, put them all on the streets at the same time, during a pandemic where they're unemployed, restless, and have nothing to lose, AND have the thing they're protesting be right in front of them, and see what % are violent. You're not thinking straight. 10% means the vast, vast majority of protesters ARE peaceful. 10% still means that a lot of damage can take place, but that damage shouldn't represent the overall movement.
Notice how I'm citing data and reason, and you're pointing to anecdotal videos you've seen.
