Directions to get there are:
1) In the top right corner click on your icon and a drop down will show up, select 'Help'.
2) You will then be taken to the customer support site where you might be prompted to login. Once you get logged in your user name will be in the top right corner, click on it and a drop down will appear and select 'My requests'.
3) Poof there are your historical tickets.
Additionally I was able to look up your ticket history in a matter of minutes, in which the World Series tickets were there. This for sure, is a gap in the members knowledge of the site since some folks don't know how to look up their tickets. I am not sure how to solve the issue because that documentation on how to do that would exist on the customer support site in the knowledge base, where the group is having trouble accessing.
I am open to suggestions on how to educate folks, but there really is only so much we can do because the whole ticketing process is centralized.
