"So just4me stated that the Decision Tree works to determine First if it is a + Play or not and then among other things lastly the Stadium Ratings have their Effect ... This order of things bothered me until I realized that like a computer it is a Zero or a 1 and on to the next step ... If it is not then a PA affected by Fielding Range so as to make a + or - Play then the other variables have their effect and lastly Coors will make a plethora of "Hits" of every kind" ...
It was stated earlier in another Post that in Performance History 1B would be a "Hit Rate" but I thought then that would make 1B in Stadium Ratings just Singles ...

I think you’ll find that most relevant, especially the last paragraph of that post:
”If it's not a HR, then using a regression from the pitcher ERA and the batters 3B/H and 2B/H, the SIM works to see if it's a + play on defense , or a triple or double the same as the HR above and uses the park effects the same way. Any hits that didn't become HR, + play, 3B, or 2B are singles.”
So there is a Debate and I was confused by the order of things as i know the Decision Tree does not figure out if it is a + or - play taking into account the Stadium ratings because they would be first then to be taken into effect ...
