cause if someone misses a 1pm pick and the 130 picks then at 131 the next guy can go after he is sitemailed he is up next and so on. anyone in that has been in drafts by habsfan, fishnasty etc knows this

No it is not...(if someone misses a pick you MUST pick in your time slot) Show me where that happened! (the times listed in the draft order are EST!)
usually in all the drafts i have been in if a player misses his spot the next guy picks on his time slot...once he picks the next guy goes whether it is his time or not. it makes the draft go faster and not drag waiting for a guy to make a pick that is hours late. sox youve been in drafts w/me before and you know this is the rule. That is the whole reason for sitemailing the next 3 guys
No actually EVERY draft ive run or been in if someone misses a pick you CANNOT pick till your assigned time or thereafter. Another example is if someone misses a pick in Rnd 3 and I pick last and then 1st in Rnd 4. My 4th round pick is not valid till my time slot in the AM.

I've always run it such that you can't pick until your time if there are any missed picks in the round...
