No, it actually isn't.

However much you might want it to be.

Please, show me a place, any place, using it that way that isn't someone's weblog. A newspaper, or a online news site, some place that uses editors.

YOu know, allot of people's problems with your style woudl greatly reduce if you would EVER admit you were unambiguously wrong on an issue instead of going into instant spin mode.

Colonels has a closed mind.

one of the United States is gramatically INCORRECT and is not a proper usage.Say one of the United States or more properly one of the states in the USA.

BTW There is a country just to our south that is also the United States.
Estados Unidos Mexicanos

Colonels. No one wants to hear anymore about your website and you have become a pest. Please post only when you have something to contribute about HD.

As far as being something revolutionary your system is one most of us could devise in an afternoon or less. heck I was doing these type of mathematical rankings for major league baseball in high school. (generally to "prove" to my dad that one team was better than another.)

This isn't a right/wrong issue, its a personal preference issue...I've conceded that the use of U.S. (not US) States is valid, as is saying United States. I don't know what else you want. You guys are going into hater mode. Y'all are arguing about something completely ridiculous.

Estados Unidos Mexicanos I took 3 years of Spanish in HS and 2 years of Spanish in college, and all I ever heard the USA called was los Estados Unidos...just saying.

Colonels. No one wants to hear anymore about your website and you have become a pest. Please post only when you have something to contribute about HD. This thread is more about a concept than my website specifically. I didn't post my web address in this thread and I only try to post it in threads that I designate as BPI ranking threads...I do not spam threads with my rankings.

As far as being something revolutionary your system is one most of us could devise in an afternoon or less. It is a rather simple system, but I guarantee that nobody has ever done rankings the way that I do them. For you to simply write them off because you "don't like me" is rather hilarious. heck I was doing these type of mathematical rankings for major league baseball in high school. (generally to "prove" to my dad that one team was better than another.) I'd love to see what you came up with.

Its not 'hater' or 'personal preference' It is simply a wrong grammatical usage. End of story.

I'm going to shut the website down now...happy?....

And even that wouldn't be an issue that I cared about were you not being so strident about something which is flatly wrong.

I find it ironic that you talk about grammatical *usage, yet there are errors in every one of your posts. I have one question for you, do you understand what my Older than 13 United States comment means?

I'm not stridently pretending my errors are correct, you are.

I understand what you WANT it to mean.

Unfortunately. . .
