We should be able to draft the PoH any time.  It wouldn't fair to the people picking in the later parts of the round.  If you want to take the risk and draft your PoH early, you should be allowed.

I agree, if this is a special pick then the guys at the bottom of round 12 are not getting a fair shake.  At the least if you want to limit the PoH pick until the end, make it OK to make your pick in the 11th or 12th round.

It's a "special" pick.  We should be able to reach early for that pick if we want to.

I concur......PoH pick should be allowed an any round. Makes people think how long their wildcard will last.
