That seems problematic.  Then you have to wait and see who wants to swap out for Foxx, highest pick should get him, then that guys pick gets put up for claims, etc.

we have time if people want to swap guys out to finish 1st round or if its to big a deal i'll just take foxx...see if anyone would rather have Foxx and go from there

As dahs said, if someone swaps out, then the guy who was swapped out would be available, and so on and son, could mean 10 guys picking over...

um....if you could keep Foxx(who is the obviously best pick : )) that would be ideal..

I would say the only viable options are 1) gerlin has to keep Foxx or 2) he can switch to Speaker and we just take Foxx off the board and nobody gets him.  I'm fine with either of those, but making Foxx available again just opens up a can of worms that I don't think we want to deal with the potential ramifications of.

Look, my two cents are that the gerlin has to keep Foxx.  The draft had already moved on when he jumped back in.  At that point, you inherit the team as it stands that you're taking over.  There has to be some semblence of a draft protocol here.
