I'm going with the Anaheim Angels, which appears to include the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the database (the Los Angeles Angels are just the 61-64 version). What a screwed up franchise.

unfortunately i didn't make any contingencies for someone disappearing halfway through, since it's only 3 rounds. hopefully doc is OK and he'll make his pick.

otherwise i'll give him the highest team on my list in the morning. if he is really gone and not coming back, we will need to fill his spot, and giving his potential replacement the 71st and 72nd best teams won't make them too attractive.

Not that I expect anyone else to be MIA, but, if it happens again, will you be making picks for everyone who misses their timeslot?

Diamondbacks, Marlins, and Anaheim Angels...my next three on my list, all go this morning. What a downer.

Yeah sophie I probably will. Let's just hope that it doesn't happen again!

The 5 from the Pirates that I'd take = Ralph Kiner, (Arky Vaughan or Honus Wagner), Paul Waner, Howie Camnitz & Vic Willis

Arizona D'Backs to go with those Pirates=  Pitchers: Randy Johnson, Curt Schilling, Daniel Hudson, Yusmeiro Petit, Jose Valverde & Matt Mantei
Batters= 2b (bell/lopez) 3b matt williams, OF Luis Gonzalez, OF Connor Jackson,

I'd say that works.  Its 1371 IP @ .207 oav  and 4803 PA @ .327/414/.573

He really needs a catcher, an upgrade over Connor Jackson, & 150 quality innings pitched

So how long does je3rd have to pick before my turn? It looks like our time slots are due, but I dont want anyone being skipped. That said, I don't want to get skipped either. 

we'll follow the timeslots. so dewelch can pick at 1030. you can pick now and skip je3rd.

if you pick at 1029 you've given je3rd every possible chance without risking getting skipped yourself.

Honestly though, I don't need you to build a roster for me. That's the fun part, I'll do it.

I've waited for je3rd as long as I can, and I am going to take the California Angels.
