Okay, I might be able to commish this league. I've never run a progressive, and my one attempt to run a current progressive fell apart. However, this looks like it might be easier, as I wouldn't have to post keepers or availables. The commissioner would have to only track which seasons each team used, and which free agents were used by which teams. He would also have to check each roster at the start of each season to ensure they are correct. Does that make sense so far? If so, and you're willing to have a commish who may occasionally be unavailable (I'm a Federal LEO and Police Chaplain, so I may be deployed in emergencies and have no access to the Internet), then I'll do it.
As for the decision-making part of commissionership, what say I offer a plan, and we vote on it? So far, the owners who have shown an interest have had great ideas, and I think we can make this work.
If there are no objections to me doing this, I'll post an incentive plan by Sunday evening.
By the way...trades: yes or no?
