Magic and KG is a heck of a start, benhoidal is rapidly moving near the bottom of my division draft board.

I thought about taking him with my last pick, but i didn't want a four usage point guy in our starting five at that time. He was the player x I referred to earlier.

Yea, trb he was Player X for me as well because I REALLY thought you would take him. I've used KG in the past without much luck. IMO for my style of squad the ONLY SF worth trading off range for is Rodman. I have used a PF season of KG before and won a division with him, but as ash and I have have discussed in great detail in previous seasons, Jerry Lucas is a guy that almost ALWAYS gives you more than his advanced stats, so I HAD to have him. I KNEW Wallace would NEVER fall back to 27, and if you look a few seasons back I took Lucas at 22, I planned on him this time at 27 and there is only one guy I almost took over him there (still undrafted).

The thing that was (and still is) surprising to me is that you managed to win the championship while losing the possession battle (lost both boards & turnovers).  You lost the foul factor as well and didn't really dominate the shooting struggle.  That's probably because there's at least 20 good teams every season here.

@badja:  Dwightmare.  I like that.  Was that the team that I had 3 30% defensive rebounders in my front court?  Can't do that anymore unless you get Worm.

Ash if you recall I was seriously ******** about the FTA battle midseason. Somehow all of the above actually flipped in the playoffs for me. Aside from not having to play our division the entire time in the playoffs the bye allowed me to both reduce my bench player minutes and essentially march out a group that was at 100% in terms of fatigue each game. IMO those two factors create the end result.  Like I’ve said all day, it took a ton of luck for my team to win this one.

Wonder if there is a correlation with the below:

WIS Leagues I've played in with tar: somewhere around 30-35
Titles Won = 0

WIS Draft Leagues I've played without tar: 1
Titles Won = 1
