Totally changed my strategy at the last minute...

Throughout the entire draft, I assumed I would be rostering a useless $3M Cabrera as deadweight.  Then I realized that I could draft a not too terrible $4.5M 2011 Cabrera (downgrading my SS from '22 Bancroft) and also upgrade '33 Bill Terry to '41 Joe DiMaggio.   But that left me an extra free agent pickup but only about $1M left.  Since I'm a little short on quality innings, I could downgrade Joe D. to Charlie Keller and add '06 Joe Nathan.  Done.

My debate was over to take 34 Foxx or 34 Gehrig.  I am guessing that I will be facing at least 45% left handed starting pitching.  I decided to go with Gehrig and right hitting Kiner and Posey instead of Mauer and finding another left hand hitting outfielder.  There will probably be a Kershaw in nearly every series we play within our league plus others.  I am hoping Gehrig will do as well as Foxx would have.

I have between 14 - 19 million wasted depending on how I use a questionable Liriano.

Offense is silly.  Muesel will fill in the OF and Leslie PH.  If I include Meusel's AB and salary, themn my offense is $62M with 5700 PA.  
For pitching, Kershaw will actually be an 8/9th inning closer everyday.
