fatguyrd selected the '82 Phillies, a decent overall club powered by a strong starting rotation. There are a couple useable arms in the bullpen, but the lineup outside of Mike Schmidt does not offer much.
Of the teams that are left, it looks like the '62 Washington Senators, a second year expansion team, offer the least help. No arm on the staff provides 200 innings. Only Claude Osteen has a WHIP under 1.3. Bullpen options are uninspiring. Like the '82 Phils, there is only one threatening bat in the lineup in Chuck Hinton, and nobody's going to mistake him for Mike Schmidt.
